I made it just now, but am finding that there is some 'clumping' in the bottom of my coffee cup. I'm using a NutriBullet to mix it, and just not sure where the clumping is from. But, the flavor is SO good, and I do like the texture...just not sure about the clumpy residue in the cup...suggestions?Chloe https://www.blogger.com/profile/03654228276178759963noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2861864273547916756.post-51095949756843360112016-01-21T11:28:52.995-05:002016-01-21T11:28:52.995-05:00Hi Diane,

I got it at either Walmart or our local Jay-C grocery store (affiliated with Kroger), so it was easy to come by. Now they admit to changing it which is why it now tastes like French vanilla. That may be fine for some but I don't like flavored coffee. Is this really non-flavored considering the coconut oil? Just goes to show ya, a fresh pair of eyes are needed when proofreading! :)
xoxo
JoyJoy Burkharthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10080977125132173592noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2861864273547916756.post-84628722444948204002013-03-15T18:19:05.123-04:002013-03-15T18:19:05.123-04:00I'm a bit confused! When listing the ingredients you state 1/4 tsp plus a heaping tbs of powdered sugar. However, when discussing the mixing of ingredients, you state 1/4 cup plus one heaping tbs of powdered sugar. Well, there is quite a bit of difference between 1/4 tsp and 1/4 cup!!! So, I'm a little lost and confused. I'm thinking that the 1/4 cup is probably the correct amount, but thought I should clarify it first, just to be sure, and also to give you the opportunity to correct it! Thanks!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02698636244919684678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2861864273547916756.post-77194270447592547542012-01-09T20:10:40.270-05:002012-01-09T20:10:40.270-05:00Hi Sandra,

I added a Teaspoon of Powdered vanilla. I was super pleased with the way it dissolved in my coffee right away. I do notice some of the coconut oil has settled at the bottom of my jar. My hubby uses the yucky coffee mate from the store that is NOT made with anything that resembles dairy, think I am going to have to give this a shot.
